Granular Sulphur

Granular sulphur is a refined form of sulphur shaped into small, pea-sized granules that are easy to handle and store. While it is also produced in refineries like lump sulphur, granular sulphur undergoes an additional shaping process. It is widely used across various industries, including the production of sulphuric acid, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, food processing, rubber manufacturing, and paper production. Historically sourced from volcanic regions or extracted through high-temperature steam drilling, sulphur is now primarily recovered during oil refining. Thanks to modern technologies, this process significantly reduces sulphur dioxide emissions—minimizing environmental pollution and preventing acid rain formation.

Lump Sulphur

Lump sulphur refers to sulphur in its raw, unshaped form—produced during refinery recovery processes. The term "lump" signifies its irregular, undefined shape. Despite its rough appearance, lump sulphur shares the same chemical purity as other sulphur forms. It is commonly used in industrial applications and chemical manufacturing plants due to its accessibility and straightforward processing characteristics.

Sulphur Powder

Sulphur powder is a finely ground version of sulphur with a bright yellow crystalline appearance. When ignited, it produces a distinct blue flame and can melt into a deep red liquid. While natural deposits of sulphur are rare and mostly found near volcanic zones, today it is predominantly extracted from petroleum and natural gas resources. Sulphur plays a crucial role in various industries—from sulphuric acid production and cement manufacturing to rubber processing, pesticide formulation, and even traditional black gunpowder. Additionally, sulphur is a vital element in the human body, contributing to protein and enzyme function, and playing a key role in maintaining strong bones and healthy hair.

Soda Ash Dense

Soda Ash Dense, chemically known as Sodium Carbonate (Na₂CO₃), is a white, crystalline substance with a clear and colorless aqueous solution. Also referred to as disodium carbonate, it is widely used in industrial processes due to its strong alkalinity and stability.

One of its primary applications is in glass manufacturing, where it lowers the melting point of silica and improves the workability of glass for producing tableware, bottles, and flat glass. Additionally, it plays a crucial role in the production of soaps and detergents, acting as a builder or filler to enhance texture and cleaning performance.

Soda Ash Dense is also used in the synthesis of various chemicals, including sodium silicate, sodium bicarbonate, percarbonate, and both sodium chromate and dichromate. Its versatility extends to industries such as pulp and paper, water and effluent treatment, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals.

Packing available: Jumbo Bags of 1000kg & PP 50kg bags.

Soda Ash Light

Soda Ash Light, also known as light sodium carbonate (Na₂CO₃), is a fine, white, and highly soluble powder widely recognized for its versatility and importance across various industrial sectors. With its excellent alkali properties, Soda Ash Light is a fundamental raw material used in chemical manufacturing, water treatment, and the production of everyday products.

Characterized by its lower bulk density compared to Soda Ash Dense, Soda Ash Light dissolves easily in water to form an alkaline solution, making it ideal for applications where a quick and reactive source of sodium carbonate is required. Its high purity and fine particle size ensure smooth performance in industrial processes and chemical reactions.

Soda Ash Light plays a critical role in multiple industries:

  • Glass Manufacturing: As a key ingredient, it reduces the melting point of silica, improving energy efficiency and workability during glass production.
